Free Medical Malpractice Case Review

Medical malpractice statistics indicate that fewer than one percent of all doctors are ever held accountable for serious injury or harming a patient. The percentages decrease when you factor in medical malpractice lawsuits. Less then a half of one percent ever result in legal damages being awarded. The medical profession would agree that malpractice suits and medical malpractice lawyers are ruining their profession. They blame medical malpractice lawyers for upping their insurance premiums and making their lives generally more difficult. Medical malpractice lawyers would beg to differ, as they rightly believe that they give people who have been injured by irresponsible and unqualified physicians a voice to air their grievances and get the compensation they deserve.

Why does there seem to be so many medical malpractice lawsuits?
Part of the blame goes to the media. They tend to exaggerate and blow things out of proportion. When a company or corporation is forced to pay out millions of dollars in damages it makes media headlines. This what people tend to remember. Not all cases end up like this according to medical malpractice statistics. Hospital and doctor negligence is vastly under reported.

When should I contact a medical malpractice lawyer?
If you have been harmed or suffered needless pain and suffering due to hospitals or doctors negligence, then you should definitely consider contacting a medical malpractice lawyer. You will need to demonstrate that you have suffered in someway shape or form. This is not viable if you simply don't like the outcome of the procedure. The medical malpractice lawyer will have to prove that no other reasonable doctor would have done the same thing under the same set of circumstances.

What will a medical malpractice lawyer do for me?
Medical malpractice is its own legal specialty now. Many medical malpractice lawyers do not practice any other type of law. They are expert in their field and can advise you on your case. They can also help advise you on the type of compensation you may receive.

If you believe that you have been wronged by the medical profession then you should consult a medical malpractice lawyer,. they win your case. Contact us as soon as possible. It will be worth it.

I received nose surgery, for sinus trouble about 15 years ago, to this very day I am trying to correct the mistakes made by my doctor and still unknown if the syrgery was a success. I have went through many different doctors and many surgeries to no avail. My last surgery was March 21, 2007, my nose is now straight, my last doctor still has concerns. The doctor who did the first surgery had done the same thing to other people. I was 15 years no able to breath and with the stigma of being noticed every where, my nose was distorted. Can you please help me. Respectfully Yvonne Lambert

case #2: You will need to prove that you have no underlying renal insufficiency problem prior to the procedure done with contrast. If you truly prove that you had a reaction from the dye then the whole medical record from the hospital must be reviewed. Sometimes longstanding longstanding cardiac problems and medication use for it can damage the kidneys eventually.
